The luggage shop is a principal service of Menzies Client Soliutions.

Express Baggage (Heathrow) LTD was formed in 1999 to service the airline industry. A niche was identified for a dedicated airline baggage repatriation service.

The core business of the company then, was the repatriation of misrouted luggage and of the repair / or replacement of damaged luggage at Heathrow airport.

From the founding of the company and only having one contract, Express Baggage has grown and diversified immensely.

The company currently services the requirements of over 150 major airlines, in 20 airports, from our Heathrow, Gatwick, Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Rotherham Stansted and Manchester offices.

On Nov 1st 2007 Express Baggage (Heathrow) LTD was acquired by Menzies Aviation to compliment their existing aviation business.

The rapid growth of the company is a result of our focus on customer service, our dedicated staff and our flexible attitude.
